Dan O'Banion	Our builder Ryan homes also used this company for our tankless hot water heater. It was installed incorrectly with the exhaust vent being too close to the air intake vent by over a foot according to tech service at the manufacturer Noritz. Of course, by the time it started to malfunction when i called into the service line the lady i spoke with was very unpleasant and informed me that “IT'S OUT OF WARRANTY SIR.” I'm not one to post reviews but man what a garbage company. I have since spent thousands with a local plumber trying to get this corrected. Stay away.
