H Zifa	I'm not impressed with this company for two reasons: customer service and ability to diagnose problems. First, they canceled my appointment 2 times and had to reschedule for next week each time they cancelled. All in all, took 5 weeks to get a technician to look into the problem. The technician did not fix the problem indicating that this was not covered by the home warranty. He said that this would cost 900.00 to fix and asked me to get a second opinion. I did get a second opinion and paid only 150.00 to fix the problem.
