We had a wonderful experience with Day or Night in converting our woodburning fireplace to a gas insert. We had some issues to figure out as our opening had a brick arch and it took some creativity to get this to work. Elizabeth and Jerry were a real pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier. They were responsive and extremely helpful in finding solutions for us, and everyone who came to our house was professional and polite. It was great to have a company that took care of the permits and the gas and electric connections as part of the installation. All we had to do was sit back and begin enjoying our new gas fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the end results!

Asked to have our pellet stove serviced and a diagnosis as to way it wasn't working. 367 later for “cleaning” the stove which we had already done ourselves thoroughly no sure diagnosis as to what was wrong, but was told that someone from the company would contact me within “a day or so” about parts ..... 5 days later I called the store only to find that no one knew what was going on or whether the “parts” lady was even aware of the situation. When I expressed my displeasure with the service, I was treated rudely on the phone Lauren certainly needs a course in customer service. Would not recommend this company .... poor and untimely customer service.
