Five stars are not enough to describe the level of service we received for the total re-pipe service of our home. Ken Griffin Plumbing has a crew of very talented plumbers who work well together as a team and provide the highest level of customer service one could expect to receive. Anyone thinking of hiring a plumber is the Howard County area should definitely call Ken Griffin Plumbing.

Overall, they are great. First I called for emergency drain service on a Sunday. They were very up front about the hourly rate. So although expensive, there were no surprises. George the plumber worked very fast in a small, poorly ventilated, hot bathroom. George came back another day to fix the pre-existing broken toilet flange. He again worked quickly on an odd sized flange. He arrived with all the parts needed, so he was done in about two hours. They deserve five stars, for great work at a fair price. Not the cheapest, but the best overall. The only downside is they seem so busy from being so popular, that I had some complications / miscommunications with scheduling the work. Regardless of the scheduling issue, they will be the first plumber I call next time.

I needed to have a plumber look at my hot water system because the shower would start hot then go cold, then hot. Ken Griffin himself comes to the house, looks at the system and says he would have to pull the water heater to fix this and actually cheaper to replace the heater. I said I could live with some cold water in the morning. So Ken says okay see you later and didn't charge me! He took the time to come by, assessed the situation and still didn't give me a bill. I don't know if Ive ever had this kind of customer service before. He's got a customer for life. Thank you Ken Griffin.
