| Maya Salter | I typically do not write reviews; however, the service we received from this company was the absolute worst. I wish I could give 0 stars. First, the owner/plumber was late; he tried to charge more than was quoted; he brought his fiancee with him as he was completing the service; he left the remains in my backyard and took over a week to back and discard the old water heater. Instead of taking his trash, he discarded everything in my trash can AFTER the trash pick-up. He is very unprofessional and I strongly recommend for you to NOT use this company. |
| Rachael Harrison | Be careful. My home warranty company sent them to my home to replace my hot water heater. They improperly installed it and did not vent it so that carbon monoxide could be released in my home. Another contractor came to service my furnace and alerted me when he noticed the bent and broken up vent on the floor. I am glad my child and I are alive. They are no longer associated with the home warranty company and the company is reviewing all claims they handled. |

He stopped answering his phone. I do not understand why someone would waste a persons time like that. I took off of work for no reason. Do not use this company, you will regret it. |
