Then Terry came out to take a look on Sunday to give an exact estimate. Although they were really busy, they fit me on on Tuesday and got everything fixed in a matter of hours. The price was in line with what friends had paid for similar repairs; the crew was friendly, knowledgeable and neat; and Terry even mentioned to me a problem with the water heater installed by a different company not having gotten a permit or inspection and not being done to code. I have to say that I get suspicious when reviews are all or mostly 5 stars that they are not genuine, but these folks are the real deal. |

Each of the other ones I called left me with a feeling of uncertainty that I was not comfortable giving them my business. I have had Winegar for several other plumbing jobs in the past and had been satisfied with their work so I called them again and I got someone here in one day. Johnnie make quick work of removing the old toilet and replaced it with a new Gerber Viper. It was a little more than I wanted to pay for this type of job, but the satisfaction of the service provided and peace of mind knowing they stood behind their work was worth the extra I may have paid over another plumbing company. |
