Ugh... where do I start? I was having trouble with my water heater and my home warranty company sent this company. They were here multiple times, each time it was a different tech bad mouthing the previous tech. Ultimately the water heater was replaced. On the day of replacement the tech the 4th one by now tells me I will only be without water for maybe an hour. Then he leaves and is gone 2 hours! I called the office and was told he had to go buy the heater and was on his way back. Why would he not bring it with him in the first place? They insist that I need a new shut off valve and pipe modification 325 on top of the 175 for getting the permit to do the work. After the tech was gone I notice he tore up my drywall. They did send someone to repair it. I waited a couple weeks for the inspector to come and finally called the office, they NEVER got the permit! I called multiple times and received multiple excuses. After 2 months the inspector called them and they did finally do it. When the inspector came it failed! One of the valves is blocked. And it turns out that the "required" changes weren't required! It's still not been fixed!

We have no way to take a shower. The ejection pump went up in our basement on friday 1/3 Went through the home warranty we have. We were told they would be here monday 1/6 . They called monday and said they would be there today 1/7 between 2 and 4pm. My dad waited for THREE HOURS. They called at 4:55 and said they wouldnt get there till tomorrow 1/8. My husband called back and naturally they were closed. I called our home warranty and got someone else. Completely unprofessional! Stay away!

I used them through "American Home Shield", they came out and said they needed to replace the fan I was having an issue with. They informed us they would be back out with the replacement fan and install it. That's been over 2 months ago, I have called multiple times to no avail. I usually get some excuse that they will have the technician to call me, which never happens and I have called over 8 times to receive the same excuse. Read the reviews carefully and you will see a pattern. Our fan is still not fixed. Service request 7/15/2019, today's date 9/17/2019 and still no fan, it will be winter by time its installed, very frustrating.
