This company has been amazing from the start! We have one of their units at my office and the water taste so good! I can definitely tell the difference. So after about a year of having Hague water service at my office I decided I needed it at home too. I wasn't sure how we were going to make it work due to the lower cabinet hight and limited space. So I called the office and they set me up with Tim Edwards to come over take a look and give me some suggestions. Tim was awesome! He knows his stuff for sure. He explained their different systems and was able to help me pick which water cooler that would work best for my families needs and a spot to put it. After figuring out/planning the logistics I was set up for the install. Hague didn't just deliver by sending me Tim to explain and go over options but they sent me Tommy who did my install! Tommy was awesome too! He explained everything he was doing and educated me further about the benefits of Reverse Osmosis. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk too. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Came in, tested the water, gave it to us straight, did not try to up-sell us to a unit that was unnecessary based on our family size and then came and installed it all shortly after the contract was signed. Only took a morning to get it all in and start the water flowing. Noticed an immediate difference. Now we have crystal clear, soft water that won't ruin our appliances or stain our clothes. They even installed a whole house water filter that we had purchased separately to accompany the softener. Overall great experience and reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend.
