This business treated us very well. Our furnace died, and they came to the house to help. They diagnosed the issue, gave us options and were very professional the whole time. My tech was Ben and he was awesome! He represents the business very well. He made us comfortable and was quick to install or new propane furnace. I will be recommending these folks to anyone in need. We've used Pine Tree twice over the past two months, once to install a new utility sink in our basement and a second time to fix a leak on our natural gas heating system. In both instances, the service was excellent. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable and communicated clearly about what needed to be done and what the jobs would cost. There were no surprises. I'm also impressed with how prompt my calls for service are answered and scheduled. Pine Tree is our company for heating and plumbing!

Peter Baker did a very thorough job in assessing whether I needed to vent my bathroom exhaust fan outside. As it turned out, I have a ridge vent and excellent ventilation in the attic crawl space, so it's not a necessity. As I prepare to sell my house, it's an enormous relief to know that this, at least, isn't an issue.
