| T Nas | Constant run around.. took my monitor to have it serviced and was charged 749.. got my monitor back and was doing the same thing.. the came took it again and I sat without heat for two days.. I was told there was other call outs that needed to be taken care of..hmm u already was paid for your service that didnt fix a thing and now I was pushed to the back burner.. needless to say I got my monitor back it makes an awful rattling noise while its running and have had to have it serviced yet again by someone else.. horrible horrible attitudes..I would never reccomend them to anyone!! |
| Rock Fisher | My furnace broke down and I tried servicing it myself. I called one place that I won't name and they berated the hell out if me for doing it myself. I called these guys. They came out that day, had it running in a few hours and they perfectly understood why a home owner would want to tackle a project like this on their own, although they wouldn't recommend it. Now I call them for oil delivery and burner service. I'm going to be needing a new furnace soon and I'll be calling them for that too. This can be a hard business to get professionals to come look at your problem if you're not their regular customer. They take care of their customers first, as they should. Become a customer and have a regular furnace guy. It'll save you in an emergency. I wasn't their regular customer and they helped me out. Thanks Perfect Plumbing and Heating |
