He was unable to help us immediately as the blockage was in the basement and he lacked a large enough snake, but he let me know how to fix it and didn't charge me for his time. Later in the day after we did some work following his instructions he came back to install piping under our sink after we decided we didn't want to do that part of the job ourselves.
