Plumbing services by Doug’s Service Company in Thibodaux, Louisiana

We've had to use Doug's a few times for household issues, and they've always done a great job. Getting an appointment is easy and usually they can come the same day I call. It's nice to be able to get a background on our technicians and text notifications. Every technician I have encountered has been very friendly, honest, and doesn't try to sell us stuff we don't need which I appreciate greatly! Thank you for being reliable and special thank you to Brader and Samuel who have helped us.

Not a very honest company. Their technicians lie and they side with them. If they would investigate and do their own research an follow up on complaints with their customers they would find out at least 30 or more of their techs lie to cover up a mistake or error that their techs has made. Instead of learning from their mistake and owning up to it they will claim your just one of the many customers that you can never satisfy or make happy. When instead of working on a resolution to a problem that THEY CAUSED.

Always dependable. Always punctual. They also keep up with maintenance and make sure it's done on time. I also have a service agreement I pay monthly. Best thing I did is to establish becoming a customer of Doug's. I've used A/C and plumbing services. Top notch.
