Jessica Randall	Horrible. Not helpful a year ago when I needed assistance with getting info to get my warranty to pay for the install of the water heater. Claimed two days ago that they could come the next day to fix said water heater or would give a call. Never came/called. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon. They never answer the phone, only return messages. But now they aren't returning calls at all. Tried to FB message. Even went across town to their "place of business" which turned out to be their home. Mickey mouse outfit with no customer service. Beware.
