Three weeks ago we called Advance Plumbing for an emergency gas line inspection to reconnect our heating unit as soon as possible. they said they would be there the next day then called back later to say it would be the following day, Friday, as they could get the job done in the morning so that City Hall could come out by noon, they would contact Entergy and we would have our heat back on. They never showed up, and after repeated broken appointments and promises they finally came out a week ago, claiming that they had last their entire team of workers in one week. They were surly, rude and did not do the job. Finally, 3 weeks and 891.00 later with no heat or hot water at a time when New Orleans had an unusual cold spell, they said "Oh we don't do heat, you have to get some else to look at your furnace!"
