| Danielle Semento | Absolutely terrible. Called on a Friday for work to be done at the restaurant I work at. They said they showed up but no one did. Then they re-scheduled for Monday at 11am. No one showed up. When we called back to ask why and if they were coming no one had a clue and then we were told they double booked and wouldn't be showing up until they basically felt like it. The woman who answers the phone Christy or Chrissy proceeded to yell at the manager. Told the manager she wasn't responsible for their plumbers and told her to have the owner call her and talk to her since obviously the manager couldn't understand what she was saying. When I called a plumbing supply store in new llano to get phone numbers even they said they stopped referring people to Petes plumbing. They said they are terrible and would never send anyone there. Luckily we were able to find a plumber that is not Petes plumbing who was willing to come immediately with absolutely no issues. If I didn't have to give a star I would not have. |
