David came out to our home and helped us with a gas fireplace we wanted to install a timer on. He suggested we get a remote after seeing the setup we had. Sure enough we went down to a local fireplace shop and was able to pair remote right up to what we already had. David saved us money by simply giving us good honest advice. I called them to change a hot water heater in the attic. Said they could do it. They called me back and wanted me to supply some things so he can do his job. Would never recommend them to anybody.
