I was given an appointment the same day I called. The technician arrived at the appointed time and got straight to the job. I did not have to wait around all day waiting for service. The technician, Dwight, was respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the problem. In addition, he quoted all costs to repair and/or replace the water heater if necessary. I appreciated his honesty, punctuality, and courteous service.

We had a blockage in our kitchen sink and our home protection company sent a different company the day before Thanksgiving. They made it worse. They said we needed a hydro-jet. I contacted Eagle Plumbing on their online contact form and writhing 20 minutes I had a phone call. They sent out their technician, Brandon, who worked diligently to unblock the drain. When he couldn't get past the blockage, they sent Vincent with the camera. He saw exactly what the problem was and within 20 minutes had my drain working better than ever! Both men were professional and courteous. They helped deal with the home protection company to make sure we would be reimbursed. The office staff made sure we received copies of our paid invoice for the company as well. I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing.

First let me say, this company is more expensive than any plumbing service I have ever used 475.00 to unclog a kitchen sink is unheard of. When you google, the estimated prices are 109.00 to 214.00 to use the snake to unclog a sink. Therefore 475.00 is a mere ripoff! Of course, there is NO breakdown of the charges. Very quick to have you sign the paper and collect payment! NO GUARANTEE on the fix! I did not have a leak in my pipe, but before the tech left and after he unclogged the sink, there was a leak. Not happy with this company. Would NOT Recommend this company!
