| Bri Marie | I tried buying a Milwaukee trimmer, as well as a blower and vacuum all Milwaukee products from this home depot. I went in because i really wanted the string trimmer. But when i seen the deal to buy 499 worth of Milwaukee tool only products i could get 150 off i wanted to try it. When i went to try and purchase the products they would give me no deal at all. Then after talking to the manger she told me i had to buy the combo packs to get the discount. When the deal clearly stated "tool only" Milwaukee products. So i ended up having to put the blower and vacuum back. I still purchased the trimmer they had in the store. Which i should have gotten a 30 discount on that as well because it cost more then 299. But the manager refused to give me any discount and went through out the store and took down all the flyers showing the deal. I do not recommend going to this home depot if you can help it. They didn't try to work with me at all, and wouldn't stand behind there own advertising |
| Johnathan Eaglin | The employees, at least all 4 I talked to, seemed a bit lost. One went as far as to tell me they didn't carry the item I was looking for....despite the fact that this item took up an entire half idle. Customer service, however, was lovely. |
