| john hebert | i have been a customer for over 20 years and spent thousands of dollars in this store. i will never go there again. this past week i was insulted by the owner of the store. accused of not knowing how to test a solenoid, accused of not knowing how to install a solenoid and accused of trying to return a solenoid that i did not need. when all i wanted was to have a defective solenoid he sold to me to be replaced with a working one. |

Worst of all the repaired was done without consultant before a go ahead and charged. Really bad business and no courtesy to costumers. Money hunger place. Wonder why they changed from 'True Value' to 'Do it Best'. |
