I walked in to possibly purchase a whole home water softener system, since I had heard great things about their company. When I walked in, there was one person working the floor assisting another customer. I waited patiently for approximately 35 minutes with my three children and never was acknowledged one time, with only myself and the lady receiving assistance in the showroom. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and respect, I left and took my business elsewhere. I have never received such poor customer service. I unfortunately left with a negative first impression.

I came to Winnelson because my usual plumbing supply closes on Saturdays now. I had been "repairing" my underground water supply line several times, it kept coming apart even though I was using I was told the proper size brass fittings ,this had been going on for months ! First time I walked into Winnelson the man sorry I dont know your name showed me that the incorrect line was used and there were no fittings to repair it. There just was not a correct size ,so ones I was told were correct by the other company were not.All the hand digging and being without water was terrible !! Thank you Winnelson for knowing your stuff !! You also found a plumbers that did the work excellently and reasonably. Forever grateful, Elaine Williamson
