Cheri Patrick | John is a nice guy with good intentions, but absolutely NOT a remodeling "company". He is "one guy", and he is VERY slow. If you want a job done quickly, this is not your guy. He measures things 100 times over and over again to still cut wrong. By day 3, I was severely frustrated and just wanted him done. Our project was very small, and should have taken maybe 3 days. It took him 5 and would have been 6 or 7 if I hadn't gotten really blunt with him. The completed work was ok, but my husband had to do a lot of caulking to fill in places in trim John cut incorrectly so that once painted you couldn't tell unless you really looked. We were just unwilling to have him come back and try to fix anything. |
