| John Lieberman | Chose Espenscheid to install a new kitchen faucet based on good Google reviews and proximity to my home. I called around 1:00 pm and they had a fellow here by 2:30 pm. He was polite and efficient, and took great pains to clean up after himself. While he was under the sink he checked and tightened all the drain pipe connections, and then tested both sinks, the dishwasher, and the disposer to ensure that all water was going where it was supposed to go. All totaled, he was here for only about 40 minutes. When I tried to pay him, he didn't have an invoice for me, and said that I'd receive a bill from a company that had never dealt with me before! The bill came in two days, and was just what I expected. Very satisfied with this company! |
