Aly Grace	This used to be a great company to deal with. They used to be very helpful. Now they just try to rip you off any way they can. Like the fact that we have had several different technicians come to check our unit and it has always been the same price. Then today we had someone come out to check it and they wanted to charge us double because they said it took way longer to get to our house than any of the other technicians before. The last couple of times they have come and said nothing was wrong even though something was obviously wrong or we wouldn't have called them and then charged us for it. Mind you our unit is still under warranty, which is the reason we have even still been dealing with them.
