lacey nance	The tech was using a youtube video while working on my water heater. The appliance clearly indicates the part that is malfunctioning and they put on a different part. When I asked why they didnt change out the part the appliance indicates is malfunctioning they told me it is bc the parts store told them that is the part that is needed. Isnt it their job to know what part is needed? Also they keep pushing a new water heater on me for 1,200.00! They tell me they can do a return on the part but I still need to pay for labor. Labor that was not necessary because they didnt know which part to use and still no hot water.
