| big ky | they are idiots, the women that works in the office up there could care less, there lazy and do not know how to do there job, i have paid them probably close to 500 for mistake they have made, such as double billing me for a rental property that was in the renters name so they was getting paid by me and my renter!, i moved and was had to pay 100 for a damn activation fee, when i end up moving out i didn't get me 100 back from them. they are horrible to there customers!! |
| mary mullins | The main line to my house has frozen off and they came to my neighbors home, checked theirs and call me back saying that I had 20+ feet of above ground lines that were frozen on my side!! Are you kidding me?? None of my line is exposed they went to the wrong damn place!! Considering that they bill me a 100+ a month, you'd think they know where I live!! Absolutely ridiculous and btw someone was supposed to come back but never did and it's a Friday so I guess I won't have water til at least Monday! Thanks southern water and sewer! |
