Ed C. is competent and efficient. This man of highest integrity is ready to tackle any challenge. I very much appreciated his punctuality and professionalism. In a matter of hours, he replaced our 50-gallon water heater, an old sump pump and two outdoor hose faucets which required some indoor work, too. Yes, he was called in for the water heater but, as directed by my husband, checked both sump pumps and deemed one non-functional/requiring replacement. Sure enough, it was the oldest sump pump. We were alerted by a neighbor that one of our exterior hose faucets had a steady of stream of water coming out even though it was shut off. For the sake of updating old plumbing, my husband gave the "go ahead" to have them both replaced. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that Ed C. is a resource for professional advice! You cannot do any better than to have this man assist you. Trustworthy! Highly skilled! Knowledgeable! God bless you, Ed!

We recently had a major plumbing issue of which was not correctly and thoroughly identified by this company. We contacted them because we are in the Fayette Heating and Air Comfy Club of which there is a link with this company offering a discount with their use. The problem was incorrectly problem solved by the technician sent creating a worse problem after 3 attempts. We were charged 300 for the problem to not be solved and told to contact the city. We were also told that most likely excavation and work involving at minimum 5000 would have to be done by H20 M. The city came out and basically offered other plumbing businesses to consider. We ended up with Dauenhauer Plumbing who fixed the problem thoroughly and promptly for under 500. I would not recommend H20 Maestro. We were not even a fraction provided with "100 satisfaction guaranteed"

Ed was very professional and punctual! He is definitely a character and kept myself, my wife, and even one of my cats very entertained all while still completing his job! Would definitely recommend H20 Maestro Plumbing and if possible request Ed!!!
