Greenbox and their plumbing company Turbo did an excellent job replacing both our gas furnace and hot water heater. They were able to do the work quickly and efficiently all in one day. They took the time clean up after they were done and did a great job at communicating with us through out the process.

I called this company to address an issue of the filter size in my heating/air system. Upon their arrival, the technician opened the unit up and found 3 filters at the bottom of the unit which were there before I moved there. He told me the filter that I had placed in it was the wrong size. I asked him what size did I need and he told me without even measuring the area. I went and bought the size he said I needed and it was too big. The company charged me 89 dollars for nothing. Called office and they had no explanation. Not professional and will never use them again.

Very personable and thorough staff who took the time to answer all my questions in a very pleasant, patient and professional manner. He also provided me with pictures to use as a baseline for comparison purposes for next visit. I am very pleased with the first experience.
