Bluegrass plumbing was on time and got the job done quick. I called them and heard back from then within the hour. The plumbers called about an hour before the appointment time and actually showed up early. The plumbers where respectful and cleaned up after they were done. I have been using bluegrass plumbing for over a year and will continue to do so.

My mom and dad don't have computer service, so I was asked to leave a great review on their behalf. They said they called Bluegrass and left a message about their water heater problem, and they promptly received a call back, and service was scheduled and completed the next day, or it could have been the same day. Regardless, this is the second time they have used the company and could not be happier with the service, knowledge, and friendliness that Bluegrass exhibited. They highly recommend them.

WOW! Bluegrass is the best. I called and they sent someone out to my house within hours, even though they were booked up. They got to the house, identified the problem roots in the pipes, and called me to let me know what was going on.
