| A whole lot of nothing | This place is horrible. I don't know how many times I've requested my bill to be sent in the mail. And it just never happens. Also they don't accept any form of credit or debit card pretty much cash only. And they also aren't all that friendly. When I call to check and see how much my bill is which I would know if they'd send me a bill! I get short choppy replies and not even a goodbye. They just hang up. It goes to show that a business will not meet customers needs if they simply don't have to. I wish I had a choice in companies, but do not. |
