We couldn't be happier about the plumbing work that Next Generation NG recently completed for us. They started off by working us into their schedule right away and then by showing up when they said they would. We only asked their Tech to unclog a line that we often have problems with, but he went further by suggesting a way to fix the underlying issue. Another Frankfort plumber that we've used before simply unclogged it at a cost of 200 & made no mention of how to stop it from happening. The NG tech successfully replumbed the entire line for < 300 and then offered a fix for our busted basement shower at a fraction of the 500 that the other guy had quoted us. Overall, I'm impressed with Next Generation Plumbing and their tech was very professional & courteous as he completed the repair work the "right way". We're happy to have them coming back very soon and I'm quite confident that our family of 5 will again have a 2nd working shower.

had a septic tank issue was told by the people that came that there was no way I had caused the problem in the time I had been in the house. They then proceeded to tell my landlord that it was my fault so that he could charge me for it!

They came to our house in Stamping Ground and fixed our drainage pipes. They got the job done, but for the work they accomplished I was not pleased with a bill of 2500. I think they worked slow and "milked" us. We will never be back.
