When my laundry room flooded from a failed float switch on my sewage pump, they were out there the same day to assess the situation and Adam Sr. even spent the time to give me some advice on the drainage problems that my house has. Best of all, they take the time to explain to you what the problem is so you can understand what went wrong and what to watch out for. I knew nothing about any of this before, but now feel like I have a much better understanding of how these things are supposed to work in my home first time home owner here. I was very impressed with their willingness to answer my questions and their follow up calls to make sure everything was going okay. They won't nickel and dime you either - they just genuinely want to take care of their customers. Can't say enough about these two! |
