Kendall Ratchford	I am not one to leave negative reviews, but my previously 5 star review could not be deleted. Buyer beware if anything goes wrong with your system or needs to be maintained. I have made multiple attempts to contact the owners and office staff of my system not working properly. Specifically, that the water purifier tastes like metal. The owner himself said in a phone conversation with me that this should not be the case and would have someone contact me. My father, their UPS driver at their office location, also made a follow up to them. It's been well over 3 months since my system has been installed and no one has returned my call. I'll be happy to change my review once the issue is handled.
