The woman scheduling refused to accommodate, seemed genuinely upset that I hadn't returned her call due to being at work, and denied us services because I didn't return her call, and I'll quote her, "within 5 minutes." I'm 25 and I've never encountered someone professional yet so rude and unconcerned. I am dumbfounded. Please pay a little extra and call around to other places. The customer service will be well worth your time. |
