Alison Putney	I will never call Gibson's Plumbing again. I used them in the past & they were fine. However, I called them yesterday for a stopped up kitchen sink drain. They came and cleaned about 1/3 cup of food out of the drain in less than 40 minutes. Then left a bill for 277.50. No parts were needed. They sent 2 plumbers & did not give an itemized bill for charges. There was a 45.00 trip fee, which I have never been charged before. We called & the trip fee was removed, but we still owe the remainder of 228.50. We told them we would tell everyone we knew not to use their company.
