They show up in an old Ambulance, that they left running and leaking a lot of oil on my driveway, for the two hours they were here mostly scratching their heads. The more senior plumber kept looking at his phone and messaging his wife, and then talk to me and the other plumber about the conversation. They had great difficulty understanding the task of venting a water heater, mainly because they wanted to talk more than listen. After their coworker bid the job, they didn't bring any vent pipe or items required to actually do the job. The short of it, after 250, they didn't finish the job and I had to hire another plumber. Oh, when I mentioned a tankless water heater, they quickly spoke out of ignorance and said “You're not gonna like those; nothing but trouble.” I responded with, I've had one for 12 years in another house; best thing I've ever bought.

I like Workman as nd Son's because I can trust them. Had an issue on New Year's Eve and they came . We were the last call of the day. They worked a couple hours. Fixed the problem. Maybe was in a bit of a hurry sealing the commode back. But called them back . They came back fixed it at no labor charge. Plus fixed a couple of other issues not related, and I was very satisfied! Good work!

I called another plumbing service about 2 months ago, they came & cut 3 holes in my drywall looking for a leak and never found it. They told me to call back when it leaked again. I called the same service when the leak unpredictably happened again a few weeks later. That service told me they couldn't fit me in their schedule for another 3 weeks... I finally called Workman & Son's and they were here an hour and a half later, found the leak, and started working on it immediately. They were very polite even though I sounded like an exhausted and overwhelmed mad woman who was nearly pushed over the edge of sanity because of an "unidentifiable" mystery leak with 3 unrepaired holes in my walls before Thanksgiving ... Now maybe I can repair everything and not feel embarrassed when my dinner guests arrive for the holidays. 5 Stars, amazing service! .
