Water line busted and water was dripping in my basement. Had to shut off emergency water valve. Just a quick call and they quickly came out within 2 hours! The work was done in less than 45 minutes! Tech also gave a 25 off due to being done in a short time. They have no trip charge within the Wichita area and free estimate! Mr. ROOTER did not disappoint! My tech Brent was fun to talk to and made the experience welcomed. Definitely will do business again in the future with them!!

Water in your basement ? WE'll be right there. And they were. After exam of pipes with top of the line equipment..you have roots in your line... tomorrow we'll be out with the BIG equipment. And they were. If Mr. Rooter says it...you can trust that it will happen. And, it will happen with friendly, courteous, men who know what they are doing, get right to it and take as little time as they can to do it right the first time. What a mess, but what a relief. They arranged financing...All we had to do was stand by and watch. They didn't mind stopping to answer questions at all. We have had to have them before, on a lesser scale, but I can't imagine this service with anyone else....and we've had a few of THEM too.
