This company was referred to us from our home warranty company. We called in for a gas leak on our hot water heater on a friday afternoon. Our appointment was set for the following monday between 11am-3pm. We were told to have someone at the house during that time so my girlfriend took off from work to be there. The worker called once at 10am while I was at work and I missed the call. No voicemail was left. 30 minutes later I called back with no answer but I left a voicemail. 15 minutes later I called again but no answer. At noon, we receive a call from the office that the plumber marked us as a missed appointment and that they would not be out today. There was still 3 hours left in our appointment time window. It seems unprofessional to call one time and not leave a voicemail and then ignore my two return phone calls. We have been without hot water for 4 days now which is frustrating.

We called about an issue with our garbage disposal. After being given an outrageous quote from Mr. Rooter, we found John to be prompt and very professional. In fact, the first thing out of his mouth was, “instead of replacing it, let see if we can't fix it!” It is certainly hard to come across honest companies these days who don't try and take advantage. He was in and out quickly and pricing was great! We will definitely be a returning customer.
