I recently had OPHC replace my water heater due to the old one springing a leak. When the tech came to evaluate my old heater he recommended we install a water softener at the same time due to hard water issues in OP. I was very resistant to this because I didn't think we needed one AND I had never heard of the brand they supported. One of my neighbors suggested I research softeners and Hellenbrand further because they had one and loved it. SOOOO glad I took their advice! My wife and I pulled the trigger on a softener and the OPHC techs installed the water heater and softener on the same day. It's been a month since the install and I couldn't be more pleased with the equipment, installation, and results to our water. This softener was a game changer for my family. I can NOW say I have quality water. Thanks again OPHC!
