If not, she has Bill call and he can usually walk me through the steps that need to be taken to correct an issue. When a service call has been needed, Bill is prompt, does quality work and makes sure that the job is done right and the homeowner is happy. They are the best!

I called KC Pumpman and talked with Bill on a Monday morning about a sump pump with a battery back up that had quit working. We discussed my situation, he made recommendations, I ordered a new combo pump online and made an appointment for KC Pumpman to come out to install it. It was Bill himself that showed up and completed the installation in a timely manner all the while enduring my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. This was money well spent!
