Eddie came for my annual AC check. As for past visits, he was on time, professional, and efficient. I am a long time customer of Top Notch. I purchased my AC/Furnace system from Top Notch and have had a maintenance contract all along. Eddie has added the personal touch to all of the above and given me continued confidence in the services of Top Notch. I highly recommend them and Eddie as well.

Chandler came out and replaced a non-working part on our furnace and did a great job. I've always had fantastic experience with Top Notch, they have done maintenance work on our units as well as installation of a mini-split system for our detached garage. Eddie came out to provide our fall furnace check. He gave us very detailed information on what was working well and showed us specifically what his concerns were with our main furnace, which is almost 19 years old. He gave us bids on 3 options to replace that furnace when the time comes. When we make that decision, we will have been well-informed and will make the best choice based on that information.
