Have worked with Holt for almost 13 years. They are dependable, reliable and I know I'm in good hands with them. They're very thorough and I think my HVAC systems have had better longevity because of the care they provide. Always friendly guys, too. James is as knowledgeable a guy as I've ever met when it comes to this kind of work, and Tyler was awesome this time around too. I don't know how they compare to other local companies price-wise because I've not used anyone else, but I understand from others that they're not the least-expensive shop in town. But I will pay for quality and that's what Holt provides. Thank you!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days ever! When I turned the t.v. on. I saw Holt's ad and decided to call them. I was so very glad I did. They came over as soon as they could . Matt was our technician and he was the greatest.....prompt, very courteous, and knew all about the "old fashioned" floor furnaces. He gave me an estimate of the cost, plus a 20 coupon for first-time customers. When he got under the house/crawlspace, he found another problem that needed to be fixed but didn't repair it until he told me the cost first. I told him to go ahead, that we needed a warm house. He was very thorough, respectful, and had another helper who was also the same. I would highly recommend this company. Customer service is the greatest. I am in the process of getting an estimate for a new furnace with duct work in the crawlspace and possibly central air!!! Holt will be the company to replace my furnace!

First time experience with Holt. Technician showed up one hour after calling and did an outstanding job. He explained exactly what the issue was with the furnace and quickly made the repair. He also answered several questions that I had in a way that was easily understood. Will certainly call them again
