We asked Mark to fix a very basic toilet issue we were having. He said no problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, he broke the toilet, flooded our bathroom and never returned any phone calls. We sent him a video, texted him and called him with no response. We are missing pieces to the toilet, and had to call someone else to come fix the original problem and the other problems he caused. I would 100 never recommend him to do any work. |
