Douglas Shaffer | Our Kinetico RO drinking water faucet needed to be replaced this was on 4-25-2013. The new faucet worked very well, looked great and was priced very fair. However after not cooking for a week we used the sinks for the first time on 5-2-13. The tail piece of the downwaste was disconnected from the sinks and all the water from the dishwasher, sinks and the RO was running into the bottom of the cabinet. Needless to say I had to do an emergency repair. I'm a lousy plumber but I know better than to pull on things under the sink to get leverage. About 2 gallons of water to clean up and anything in a paper box was ruined. This for a 40 mile, 100.00 service call. I should have bought the part and called a qualified plumber. |
