I have hired Brett on different occasions with no problems. This last time summer of 2017 was a very bad experience. Toward the end of the job, I had called him to ask about some issues that were not done to my expectations leaks and wrong size toilet seat and he responded by cussing at me and telling me he was sick of the BS on this job. I had no idea what he was talking about. After he calmed down we were able to talk it out. He finished the job. When I received the bill, it was 3 times the estimated price and when I questioned him about the bill he responded by threatening to sue me. "I am a Master Plumber and nobody has the right to question my work or my bills" is what he told me. I paid the bill. Later friends of mine told me he was at a bar telling people around him how he screwed me over and got even with me. I still don't know what he had to get even with me about. I will never hire him again. I will never recommend him again. Not sure what his issue was with me, he was not professional throughout my last experience with him. Maybe he was overworked, does not matter, nobody has the right to treat a customer the way he treated me during the job and after he got paid.
