Inspected a boiler system for a prospective buyer of a house, though it was old, has been properly maintained and serviced. The cost to replace it, along with the limited longevity of the new system, does not justify as long as the system is in good working order. He suggested a full replacement of the system, stating it was inoperative, as well as a quote of what the new system would cost.
