| Terry Mcqueen | Very unorganized office. Took me 2 months to get an estimate on new furnace. Started my request in early September and finally after calling a few times and one day of being stood up, in mid November someone came out for estimate. I decided to give them a second Chance because everyone deserves that. Friday called to have a plumber come out Monday because I had no water. When I called Monday morning to confirm they said it would be a week before they can get to my call. The person i spoke to friday never once conveyed this information. Not having water in a house is a significant issue and should not wait a week. The service person's may be great but I will never know because the office staff can't seem to handle their end of the business. They will not get a 3rd chance from me. |
