Just experienced a Chas W Goering truck in traffic. Driver was totally rude - didn't yield to oncoming traffic and made 4 turns without using a blinker once. Looked like he was using his phone while driving. Regardless he was distracted and not a good fellow motorist!

Said that they fixed it and replaced a part, charged me 500. And you can clearly tell the part was not replaced. I called and wasted so much time trying to resolve this. Owners son finally came to look at it and said this is not how we do business and that they will fix it and give me my money back. Well they did fixe it,but they didn't give me my money back. The guy still works there.i asked why they didn't fire him, her answer was we need him he only made a small mistake once.

have used Chas W Goering exclusively for the past few years, whether it's been a big job or small, plumbing or HVAC and couldn't be happier with their service. They are so responsive and send friendly, clean, and polite service techs every time. They are honest with their diagnosis of the problem and never try to upsell; only do the work that's necessary. It's done quickly and done right the first time, every time. Can't say enough good things about these folks!
