| Chrissy Michalski | After a long day of kids' practices, work and a sick husband, I walked by our furnace room hearing running water. Peeked in to see water spewing from our pressure valve covering the floor. After getting it as under control' as we could, I googled for a plumber. H&H was the third place I called and the first place to answer. I got a call back very quickly from the tech on call. He didn't have the part needed on his truck so gave some tips for immediate help and offered to run to the hardware stores to find the part and drive the 30 some miles to our rural home. He had to go to 2 stores before finding the part and came out to save our night. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. This was 8pm and I am sure he had somewhere he would rather be but never showed it. We were very grateful. Wouldn't hesitate to call H&H for any future need! |
