I have been a customer of Schaal Heating and Cooling for many years. I have never been disappointed! Fabulous customer service from the people who answer the phone, the sales people, the installers, and the equipment maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Most recently I have had great service from Mallory and Josie in Customer Service, Bryan did a diagnostic on my equipment because I was having issues. His recommendation was that it was time to consider new equipment. Mine was getting pretty old. Ryan, their sales person came right over and and provided me options, financing etc. The next day installers Michael and Nate were at my house promptly at 8:00 a.m. They did a great job. Super knowledgeable, wore booties and put down a runner to keep my floors/house clean. Extremely nice young men. I always ask how long they have worked for Schaal and every one I have met has considerable tenure with the company and say "Schaal is a great place to work". I know I am doing business with a great company when you meet the wonderful staff they employ and their respect for the company they work for!!!!! Thank You for Everything! P.S. I love my new equipment.
