Nicole Greazel | My new construction has a shower leak just one year after I moved in. It was so bad that it leaked into my living room downstairs. I had Hawkeye Sewer and Drain come out and they said that what had been used was a plastic sealant. Hawkeye replaced that with a rubber one at no charge to me. Mulford is widely known to cut corners. Stay away as far as you can from this company. I'd rate zero stars if I could. They also didn't screw on the faucets tightly which caused them to spout water everywhere. Luckily it was just in the sink. |
Anna Buckingham | For new house construction, steer clear of this company. I had a gas leak, water flooded the finished basement, and now 2 1/2 years later I find that they installed a box store quality disposal that needs to be replaced and the faucet is loose from the kitchen sink causing more cabinet damage. I am still living with a sewer smell from the drain in one bathroom that the only solution they offer is to pour large quantities of chlorine in it. If you do contract with them, don't pay them until everything has been resolved! |
